superb stay in central location
corner room huge windows lovely restaurants corner location
My entire experience was superb from check-in to check-out. i really liked the size of the junior suite. the hotel has an interesting layout due to its corner location. this provides for corner rooms that have huge windows opening onto the quiet street. i found the selection of restaurants and cafes nearby to be lovely. I could walk to many within 10 minutes.
I noticed some slight wear in the hallway carpeting near my room. It could use a refresh, but it didn't really impact my overall stay.

the junior suite offered a great amount of space with lovely large doors. these doors opened onto a small balcony overlooking the street. the room included blackout blinds, a coffee machine and a comfortable bed.

the hotel was very clean i noticed cleaning occurred daily staff members were consistently friendly i also liked how they provided recommendations for local restaurants

The staff assisted quickly with local restaurants I found the service helpful. My room was perfect it was very clean. The bed was very comfortable I slept very well.
The breakfast was somewhat limited in its options though adequate.

enchanting stay
central location friendly staff cozy room quiet hotel
The location allowed easy walks to the louvre. I enjoyed the nearby cafes and patisseries (especially pierre hermé!). the staff was friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. my room was cozy and had enough space for my luggage. i found the hotel quiet despite its central location.
The elevator was somewhat small. I needed to make separate trips for my luggage.

friendly service great location exploring experience inflexible policy cancellation issue
the staff was very friendly. i found everyone did their best to accommodate guests. the location allowed for exploring on foot (it was very convenient).
i booked a reservation well in advance. unforeseen circumstances required me to cancel, i followed proper procedure. the hotel refused to honor it claiming it was non-refundable.
